Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EquityTruth Analyzer at equitytruth.io (“the service”), operated by EquityTruth (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service is

EquityTruth Analyzer is an analytics tool: it parses trading-history reports you upload (MT4/MT5 statements, Myfxbook exports, backtests, and similar) and reconstructs equity curves, risk metrics, and statistics from them. It is an informational tool for analyzing past trading activity.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The metrics, charts, and statistics we compute describe past performance of the data you upload. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Computed values can be approximate — they depend on the quality of the uploaded data and of available market price data, and the service flags known approximations where it can. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decision you make. We are not a broker, a copy-trading platform, or a financial advisor.

3. Your account

You can use parts of the service without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the trading data you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: to store, parse, and process your uploads and to display the resulting reports to you and to anyone you choose to share them with (via the unlisted-link or public visibility settings).

You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you submit. Reports are private by default; making a report public is your decision, and what its viewers do with that information is outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service. In particular, you may not:

• attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security or access controls;
• access other users' private data;
• overload the service with automated traffic or bulk scraping;
• use the service for anything unlawful, including presenting manipulated reports as genuine performance records to mislead others.

6. Availability and changes

The service is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. We aim for reliability but provide no uptime guarantee. Keep your own copies of your source report files.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from the use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
